We get asked a lot which project has been our favorite to work on, and this beautiful Chester Springs build is always at the top of the list. Building into a steep hillside with extremely tight access meant every connection, material, and measurement had to be intentional. Because of the terrain and limited space, we weren’t able to rely on much heavy machinery, so a lot of the work required more traditional, hands-on lifting and installation methods. It pushed us to get creative, think through every step, and truly lean on craftsmanship and problem-solving to bring the structure together.

The design was meant to blend into the landscape in a clean, modern way – working with the hillside instead of against it. The surrounding terrain became part of the architecture, and bringing that vision to life was incredibly rewarding. This project pushed the envelope both technically and creatively, and it’s a perfect example of how thoughtful design and careful execution can turn challenging conditions into something really special.
